Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of influence team building training increase cohesiveness in Psychology students at Mulawarman University. Theoretical framework: Cohesiveness is one part that can sense attachment between individuals as members and organization oversees them. Team carried out so student organizations have an interest wanting continue be with achieving common goals a whole Design/methodology/approach: The research design used was pre-test post-test on 20 divided into 10 experimental groups control groups. scale adapted by researchers from Data analysis using Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney U Test SPSS 26 Software for Windows. Findings: results test which compared scores group before after showed value Z = -2.810, p 0.005 (p < 0.05) meaning there difference being given treatment, significantly giving treatment. -1.288, 0.198 > no level treatment not Research, Practical & Social implications: useful organizational activities are also expected make their best contribution wider community. Originality/value: based analytical data discussed previous sub-chapter, it concluded able provide changes students. That is, if regularly followed consistent supervision evaluation, then increase.
